Terminal Labourer | $37.43/hr + OT | Murrarie

ALH Recruitment is seeking reliable, self-motivated Terminal Labourers to join our client’s bulk storage and handling facility in Murarrie, Brisbane. This is a great opportunity to secure consistent, well-paid work with a strong safety culture and supportive team environment.

About the Role As a Terminal Labourer, you’ll play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. Duties include:

• Assisting with unloading trucks and transferring grain onto conveyor belts
• Managing grain storage piles and preparing product for shipment
• Cleaning and maintaining terminal areas to meet hygiene and compliance standards
• Conducting basic quality checks on grain movement and handling
• General labouring tasks including manual handling and walking up to 20,000 steps per day
• Supporting terminal operators and other team members across departments

What You’ll Need

• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Physically fit and capable of hands-on, active work
• Strong attention to detail, reliability and safety focus
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
• Tickets – Confined Spaces, Working at Heights, Forklift, Loader, Bobcat/Skid Steer etc (highly regarded, but training available)
• Previous experience in a terminal, warehouse, or labouring role desirable
