ALH Recruitment is seeking experienced Skilled Civil Labourers with plant-operating experience to join our growing team across Central, South, and North Brisbane, Ipswich, Bridgeman Downs, and Swanbank.
We have opportunities available on major civil infrastructure, road construction and urban development projects for hands-on workers with strong civil experience and the ability to operate machinery.

What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting onsite crew with roadworks, earthworks and infrastructure projects
- Operate smooth drum and padfoot rollers where experienced
- Assist machine operators and plant crews with spotting and site activities
- Support trenching, pipelaying, drainage and general civil construction works
- Complete grade checking and site preparation
- Use hand and power tools to support daily construction activities
- Load, unload and move materials while maintaining a safe and tidy worksite
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in civil construction, roller operation, or electrical spotting
- Tickets and licences (HR Licence, Electrical Spotters Ticket, Confined Spaces, Working at Heights, Plant Operations) are desirable
- White Card (mandatory)
- Reliable transport to and from worksites
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and in a team
- Physically fit and safety conscious
